Q?What are your working hours?

You can contact our helpful and polite Customer Care Representatives 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Our professional cleaning technicians start at 7.30 am on weekdays and 9am on weekends and holidays. If you have a specific date in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us on: and book the most suitable slot for you in advance.

Q?Do you work on Weekends and Holidays?

Professional cleaning service can be arranged for Weekend and Holidays, with no extra charge.

Q?Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?
A.

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees.

Q?What notice do you need in order to book a cleaning appointment?
A.

We don't have minimum notice applied. Thus, it would be best if you could book your service in at least 3 to 5 days in advance in order to be sure we would have availability for the date and time that would suit you best.

Q?Do I have to pay anything extra apart from your quoted price for the job?
A.

Our quoted price includes all taxes, agency fees and services. The only charges that might be applied on top of the quoted price are:
- congestion, if your site address is in Nottingham congestion charge area;
- parking fees, if you are not able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners van.

Q?Is your staff insured and vetted?
A.

Our cleaners are fully insured, as well as is our company. Our professional cleaning technicians are all vetted check and very well trained. All of our cleaners have personal references that we would be happy to provide you with.

Q?Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
A.

It would be best if you can be there at the beginning to open to the cleaner, show then around, especially if there are some specific requirements, and at the end to inspect the premises and lock after them. You are more than welcome to stay during the whole cleaning process. However, if you'd rather not to, our cleaners could give you a call before finishing, so you would have enough time to come back to the property for the end of the cleaning.

Thus, if you're not able to be there we could always make arrangement with you to collect and return keys to you, your porter, your neighbour, a friend, or another suitable for you way of gaining access.

Q?Is your End of Tenancy Cleaning guaranteed?
A.

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is fully guaranteed. If there is anything you or your inventory clerk or landlord is not completely happy with, you should just contact our office within 48 hours after the cleaning and our cleaning team will come back and re-clean it free of charge.
